Hello

It’s been a while since I posted. I have relocated since my last blog. I have so much to catch you up on! I took a lot of time to heal and get acquainted with my new surroundings. I must say, my Creator and prayers lead me to my reality. I am near the ocean; I see mountains, the temperature is perfect all year round, and my cancer care is excellent. My new health care team is similar to what I had before arriving here. I’m keeping active! I’ll be taking Tai chi, yoga, mindful meditation, swimming, etc… I have a good feeling that WE will conquer this thing. It’s also sweet that my new team is linked to my former team. I am still connected. That brings me JOY.


I woke up, refreshed this morning with kisses landing on my face from my cat. We have 11 years of pure LOVE. After she knew I was doing okay, she disappeared to take her nap.


My feet hit the floor with silent praise on my lips and singing a song in my head. I began singing the hook too – YES – by Shekinah Glory Ministry “I’m calling you out of your dry places. I predestine you before the world begin to do my will. My heart says YES — friends may come, and friends may go, but if you lead me, I will follow” Before I knew it, I was playing music and chopping vegetables. I am back to eating according to my blood type. Chicken, tomatoes, cheese, ice cream, all shellfish are no, nos — Of course, I love them all!.
I recently found out that I was allergic to iodine after a CT scan.


My new eating habits aren’t new; I’m merely returning to what works for me. Diet is high fiber, protein, veggies, and meat. The meat’s that are most beneficial to me is goat, Lamb, rabbit, and fish. Beef and turkey are neutral. Fruits – Figs, grapes, Blah, blah, blah… I called it the Jesus diet.


Just so happens, I LOVE goat. I was told when I was a baby; I had to drink goat milk. So, this makes sense. So, you may be wondering why not chicken? Because chicken contains a Blood Type B agglutinating lectin in its muscle tissue. Although chicken is a lean meat, the issue is the power of an agglutinating lectin attacking your bloodstream and the potential for it to lead to strokes and immune disorders.” I would suggest that everyone learn their blood type and eat accordingly.
Today, I am cooking beef short ribs. I posted a couple of pictures of my prep. Now they marinade for eight hours. I should say this is Sundays dinner. I’ll post them tomorrow. Have a great day on purpose!
